During his tenure at IFS, he was driving Accessibility Operations as a UX group initiative.

He worked hard to audit IFS Cloud and Design System components, introduced accessibility tools for QA purposes, and wrote an accessibility statement. He also made remarkable progress when it comes to evangelising inclusive design at IFS globally.
